Building future-ready professionals through focused learning, leadership, and career clarity.

Business education today faces a clear challenge. Markets evolve quickly, roles change faster, and young professionals are expected to think, decide, and lead with confidence from the very start of their careers. This growing gap between academic learning and real business expectations is where Paari School of Business (PSB) offers its solution, by cultivating management education around relevance, responsibility, and direction.

Paari School of Business was established in 2020 at SRM University-AP under the name School of Entrepreneurship and Management Studies. In 2022, the school was rebranded to demonstrate a stronger identity and a sharper focus on outcomes that matter to students and industry alike. Since then, PSB has steadily worked toward building a learning environment that prepares students for the realities of modern business.

The vision of Paari School of Business aligns closely with that of SRM University-AP. The goal remains clear. To achieve excellence through learning and to strengthen the three pillars that define a student’s career journey: entrepreneurship, higher studies, and placements. Every academic programme and learning initiative is designed with these pillars in mind.

At PSB, students are encouraged to move beyond passive learning. Classroom discussions, projects, and case studies help them understand how businesses operate in real conditions. Faculty members guide students to think critically, ask relevant questions, and apply concepts with confidence. Learning becomes a process of understanding rather than repetition.

Leadership development forms a core part of the school’s approach. Students work on communication, decision-making, and ethical awareness, skills that shape professionals who understand both impact and accountability. Innovation remains central, with programmes designed to nurture curiosity and problem-solving ability.

Through its focused academic structure and forward-looking vision, Paari School of Business continues to prepare graduates who enter the business world with clarity, capability, and purpose.

Let us learn more about its journey:

Built for the Real World

Paari School of Business approaches management education with a clear focus on practical readiness. Its academic structure is designed to mirror real corporate and organisational environments, ensuring that students graduate with both conceptual clarity and applied capability.

The School equips students with sound knowledge in corporate finance, accounting, marketing, HR management, management information systems, business analytics, and statistics. This foundation enables students to face real-world business demands with practical competence rather than theoretical familiarity.

Paari School of Business offers high-quality, cutting-edge programmes across all academic levels B.Com., BBA, MBA, and PhD. Each programme is structured with a distinct purpose. The B.Com. programme is characterised by an advanced curriculum, innovative teaching methods, and early research exposure.

The BBA programme focuses on shaping students into executives or entrepreneurs based on individual aptitude and inclination.

The MBA programme is designed to develop modern managers, leaders, and entrepreneurs with the skills required for corporate success. The PhD programme focuses on developing researchers and faculty who contribute to shaping future academic institutions and universities of repute.

Curricula with Industry Depth

As business education evolves rapidly, differentiation increasingly comes from curriculum relevance and industry alignment. Paari School of Business positions itself through programmes designed with direct input from industry leaders and social sector practitioners.

All programmes at PSB are structured to respond to changing business demands. The school offers a CA Integrated B.Com. (Hons.) / B.Com. pathway for students pursuing Chartered Accountancy alongside undergraduate education. The B.Com. FinTech and Banking programme integrates commerce, finance, and modern technology to prepare students for careers in the evolving financial services sector.

Management programmes at PSB are designed around rigour, innovation, and global standards. The school offers BBA (Hons.) / BBA and MBA programmes with specialisations in Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Operations, Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship and Family Business, and Agribusiness Management.

These programmes focus on developing critical thinking, analytical capability across qualitative and quantitative problems, and organisational leadership required in dynamic business environments.

Paths Aligned to Individual Ambition

Students enter business education with different aspirations, some aiming for corporate leadership, others for entrepreneurship or research. Paari School of Business structures its learning pathways to support this diversity of outcomes without forcing a one-size-fits-all approach.

Its curriculum includes courses such as Samaj Seva, Mind and Soul Training, Entrepreneurial Mindset, Design Thinking, and Emerging Technologies in Management. These courses are designed to move beyond conventional management education and expose students to ethical reasoning, creativity, and social awareness.

Samaj Seva functions as an immersion activity that builds a service orientation while strengthening leadership, interpersonal skills, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and social awareness. Courses like Design Thinking require students to generate creative solutions to real problems, with exhibitions and project work forming a continuous part of learning.

PSB also supports early research exposure through a dedicated research centre, enabling students to begin research at the undergraduate level. Live project opportunities with organisations such as Tech Mahindra, Idealabs, and SRM Tech provide applied industry experience. Dedicated placement support, higher studies guidance, fellowships, and startup support further align academic pathways with long-term professional goals.

Industry Inside the Classroom

Preparing students for India’s progressing business domain requires more than curriculum design. It demands active collaboration with industry and global academic ecosystems.

Paari School of Business leverages extensive partnerships with reputed international universities and industry organisations to provide students with global exposure and practical relevance. These collaborations allow learners to engage with international academic standards, business practices, and emerging market perspectives.

A key partnership with Harvard Business Publishing Education enables unlimited access to Harvard case studies, business simulations, online courses, and ManageMentor programmes for MBA and BBA students. This integration strengthens decision-making, analytical thinking, and exposure to global business scenarios.

PSB also collaborates with the EdTech company Programming Hub to integrate AI-powered marketing into the academic curriculum. Through this partnership, AI-driven marketing concepts are embedded directly into teaching pedagogy, enabling students to understand and apply emerging technologies while bridging the gap between academic theory and industry application.

Outcomes Beyond the Classroom

The impact of business education is best reflected in what students go on to build and lead. At Paari School of Business, student outcomes extend beyond placements into entrepreneurship and venture creation.

Student achievements at PSB reflect creativity, resilience, and leadership that extend beyond academic performance. Several alumni have translated their learning into scalable ventures aimed at solving real-world problems.

A notable example includes TalentCrew, founded by BBA alumnus Lakshman Thatikonda, which crossed ₹1 crore in revenue. Another BBA alumnus, Jaswanth Sai, launched a food-tech venture, Open Café, generating a turnover of over ₹20 lakh per month. These ventures represent only a fraction of the startups initiated by PSB students and alumni, underscoring the school’s emphasis on applied learning and execution.

Entrepreneurship as a Core Skill

Entrepreneurial thinking at Paari School of Business is not treated as an optional add-on. It is embedded into the institutional framework through structured centres, coursework, and incubation support.

SRM University-AP cultivates innovation through its Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning and Centre for Social Entrepreneurship, enabling students to engage with the global entrepreneurship ecosystem. Entrepreneurial Mindset is a mandatory course, and interdisciplinary minor programmes in entrepreneurship are available to senior students across disciplines.

The course Community Engagement and Social Entrepreneurship runs year-round, focusing on community-centred innovation and social impact. These initiatives allow students to apply entrepreneurial thinking to real societal challenges.

The university’s in-house incubator, Hatchlab Research Centre (HRC), supports startup development through over 20 MoUs with companies and investors. To date, the incubator has supported more than 45 successful startup ventures, providing mentorship, funding access, and operational guidance.

Faculty with Industry Memory

Staying relevant as a business school requires more than curriculum updates. It depends on who delivers that curriculum and how closely they remain connected to evolving practice.

At Paari School of Business, teaching is driven by faculty with strong academic grounding and substantial industry exposure. Faculty members hold PhDs from reputed institutions such as IIT Madras, IIT Kharagpur, and NITIE IIM Mumbai, alongside experience in organisations including EID Parry India Limited, National Stock Exchange Mumbai, IndusInd Bank Mumbai, and Bennett Coleman and Company Limited Times of India Group.

This blend of academic rigour and industry experience enriches classroom engagement and ensures that theory is consistently tested against practice. Faculty Development Programmes are conducted regularly to upskill educators in emerging areas such as AI in Management and Design Thinking.

Parallelly, faculty members contribute to cutting-edge research through the Centre for Consumer Research in India and other interdisciplinary research centres, strengthening institutional research output and academic excellence.

Learning That Leaves the Classroom

Experiential learning at Paari School of Business is embedded into how programmes are designed and delivered, rather than treated as a supplementary component. Classroom instruction is consistently extended into applied settings where students engage with real scenarios, decision-making exercises, and industry-facing work that mirrors professional environments.

At PSB, learning is structured to be practical, applied, immersive, and experiential. Across programmes, cases, projects, simulations, and applied assignments contribute up to 60 percent of course assessment.

In the BBA curriculum, subjects such as Organisational Behaviour, Finance Modelling, Supply Chain Analytics, and Services and Retail Marketing feature 70 to 80 percent immersive learning components. Courses like Human Resource Development, Marketing Management, and Business, Insurance and Money Marketing maintain 40 to 60 percent experiential exposure.

Global engagement is supported through three structured initiatives: Semester Abroad Programmes, Pathway Programmes, and Global Immersion Programmes. PSB maintains partnerships with institutions including the University of California Berkeley USA, INTI University Malaysia, Universiti Malaya, University College Dublin Ireland, and Rennes School of Business France. These programmes enable students to build global academic networks and cross-cultural competence.

Industrial exposure is further reinforced through structured visits, including past engagements with the National Institute of Securities Markets NISM, allowing students to observe regulatory and financial systems in operation.

Leadership Across Sectors

As India faces leadership gaps across sectors such as healthcare, real estate, and sustainable business, Paari School of Business positions its role through capability building rather than narrow specialisation.

At its core, PSB focuses on developing professionals who can navigate uncertainty, change, and emerging challenges across industries. Its specialisations and interdisciplinary courses cultivate critical thinking, problem-solving ability, and exposure to diverse business functions.

Courses such as Samaj Seva and other community-oriented initiatives reinforce ethical leadership and service orientation, attributes especially relevant to sectors involving public trust, long-term development, and social responsibility.

Through its leadership development framework, Paari School of Business equips graduates with cross-cutting capabilities that enable them to address leadership gaps across varied domains.

Technology Woven into Leadership

As leadership increasingly intersects with digital transformation, Paari School of Business integrates emerging technologies directly into academic and leadership development frameworks rather than treating them as electives.

The school offers a specialised B.Com. FinTech and Banking programme that embeds fintech concepts into the undergraduate curriculum. This exposure familiarises students with digital finance ecosystems, modern banking technologies, and evolving financial models, enabling future leaders to understand how technology is reshaping financial services.

Paari School of Business also hosts annual platforms such as Success Mantra for Managers (SMM), focused on emerging technologies in management. Recent editions have emphasised Skilling and Upskilling in the Age of AI, allowing students and faculty to examine the implications of artificial intelligence on business strategy, organisational leadership, and workforce readiness.

The school’s academic direction is further shaped under the leadership of Prof. Ashay Kadam, a senior academic leader and globally recognised researcher in Finance with over two decades of experience. His vision of FinTech for Social Good anchors the integration of quantitative finance, public policy, and technology-led innovation. Under this leadership, PSB advances the use of fintech solutions not only for efficiency, but also for broader social impact.

Direction Beyond Rankings

Paari School of Business continues to evolve its academic and research priorities with a long-term view, focusing on leadership development, innovation, and socially responsible business education.

Operating under SRM University-AP, Amaravati, the school focuses on expanding the frontiers of management research, leadership development, and holistic education. Recognised as the 3rd Best B-School in Andhra Pradesh by Careers360 and ranked 2nd among Emerging Private B-Schools by Outlook ICARE Ranking 2026, PSB continues to strengthen its role as a centre for socially sensitive, competent, and business-ready graduates.

With a strong emphasis on immersive learning and practical skill development, the school operates as a hub of innovation that extends beyond traditional classroom boundaries. Its approach combines academic rigour, industry alignment, ethical grounding, and experiential exposure to prepare leaders who are capable of navigating complexity, uncertainty, and responsibility.

Rather than positioning innovation as disruption alone, Paari School of Business frames progress as continuity built on relevance, discipline, and long-term impact.
