How Dipti Shah and Manisha Panwar turned two decades of parallel journeys into one soulful venture that helps people grow, heal, and lead – one honest conversation at a time!
Some partnerships begin with a pitch. Others begin with a pull; subtle, repeated, and too strong to ignore.
For Manisha Panwar and Dipti Shah, it began in 2006. Just two women, walking into a common workplace, unaware that this ordinary encounter would become the start of something extraordinary. They were both in the world of talent acquisition at the time, working with people, guiding careers, and unknowingly preparing for their own deeper calling.
Their paths crossed again. And again. Across three different organisations and thirteen years of work, life kept bringing them back to each other. By the time 2019 arrived, the signs had grown too loud. A shared energy, a shared sense of purpose, and most importantly, a shared feeling that there was something more they were meant to build, together.
They called it BrewAthought.
This was never about ticking business boxes. Dipti and Manisha were crafting something personal, something real. Their worlds had always been different; Dipti came from a family where entrepreneurship ran through generations, while Manisha belonged to a purebred military household shaped by structure, movement, and discipline. Their personalities reflected those roots, yet their purpose aligned most naturally.
Both had experienced what it meant to lead in life and family. They had raised children, cared for ailing parents, moved cities, restarted routines, and still held on to their ambitions. Their journeys, like those of many women, had required deep strength and quiet resilience; qualities that became the soul of their work.
They realised early that they were doing more than hiring. They were listening. They were guiding. They were supporting people through difficult transitions and uncertain futures.
Over time, that naturally evolved into Coaching, not in a fixed format or textbook way with clear instructions on what to do or not do, but as a deeper form of presence. It became about holding space. About helping people find their own way, whether they were 21 or 61.
That instinctive, people-first approach eventually led both Manisha and Dipti to formalise their practice. Manisha received her First Coaching Certification in 2009 from Results Coaching Systems. Dipti followed a decade later, during the stillness of the pandemic, a time when the world collectively paused, reflected, and redefined what truly mattered. It was in that space that BrewAthought found its place, grounded in growth, meaning, and self-awareness.
Despite being in different cities, Manisha in Delhi, Dipti in Mumbai, their shared vision kept them in sync. The distance never slowed them down. They worked remotely, held on to the dream, and watched it evolve. What began as a Coaching-led offering started to deepen. One-on-one sessions grew into full-length transformation journeys. Word spread. Clients came back.
By late 2023, they had something more, a breakthrough international client from Dubai. Soon after, individuals from the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Spain, Singapore, and other countries began reaching out. The proof was in the stories, in the shifts, in the transformations that unfolded across sessions. And through it all, Dipti and Manisha remained grounded in their values: empathy, ethics, and deep human connection.
The work was never surface-level. Each engagement meant 12 to 15 sessions, personalised for growth that could truly last. Whether it was a corporate leader seeking clarity or an individual navigating a life crossroad, Brew’s approach was rooted in reflection and authenticity. Unlike quick workshops that fade within days, their Coaching stayed with people, offering tools, questions, and insights that lingered.
As time passed, the clients began asking for more. And so, BrewAthought expanded its offerings to include psychometric assessments, soft skills development, and team-based training programs. They began building a circle of collaborators; not employees, but trusted facilitators who shared the same spirit. It was never about scale for the sake of it. It was about building with intention.
Now, with Manisha back in Mumbai, the pace has picked up even more. Projects continue to grow. Their client list keeps expanding. But the heart of Brew remains unchanged; it is still two women who believed in walking together, who trusted the power of lived experience, and who continue to brew meaningful change, one conversation at a time.
Because the most beautiful things in life do not arrive in a hurry. They take time. They require patience, purpose, and presence. And sometimes, they begin with a quiet idea shared between two people who simply chose to listen; to themselves and to each other.
They started their journey around 7 years ago with the founding of BrewAThought. What brought them together was a belief that Coaching is far more than a skillset. It is a catalyst for real, lasting change, both personal and professional.
Manisha arrived with over 2 decades of experience in Human Resources, combined with 15 years of executive and life Coaching. Dipti brought 20 years of experience in business, recruitment, and talent strategy. She had recently added a certification in Results Coaching from the NeuroLeadership Institute to her repertoire.
Their skill sets naturally balanced each other. Manisha offered compassion, intuitive listening, and empathy. Dipti added a crisp, strategic perspective formed by business acumen and outcomes. What emerged was a thoughtful, values-driven Coaching practice rooted in trust, transparency, and meaningful growth. Every session they crafted carried the same intention: clear, purpose-led progress.
What began modestly grew steadily. They expanded across Mumbai, Pune, and New Delhi, reaching both individuals and organizations, blending personal Coaching with team transformation. Over time, BrewAthought evolved into a Coaching-first practice, grounded in intention, fuelled by impact, and formed by a story that had always been about people.
Transformation begins with presence, the kind that listens without judgment and guides without pressure. Founded by two effervescent women who believe in the power of empathy, the organisation offers services that help individuals and teams move forward with clarity, strength, and purpose.
Each offering is carefully designed to support meaningful, lasting change.

At every step, BrewAthought brings in a rare blend of empathy and expertise. This is a space where growth does not feel forced; it feels real, steady, and deeply personal.
What drives BrewAthought is a belief that Coaching is about holding space for discovery, not giving answers.
Manisha brings focus to emotional intelligence, while Dipti leans into aligning career with self-awareness. Together, their approach is simple but powerful: reflect deeply, then move forward with intention.
They describe it as “reflection to action.” It begins with inquiry, curiosity, and trust. Then comes alignment, goals, accountability, and transformation. Their Coaching is never a script. It is designed around each client’s path, executives building leadership presence, professionals navigating career shifts, teams searching for cultural alignment, or young individuals stepping into the world of work.
Their values, empathy, confidentiality, and transparency, run through every session. Coaching, for them, is a sacred space. It is ethical, forward-looking, and deeply personal. They often remind clients: “If it challenges you, it changes you.” And, “Every action you take is a vote for the person you want to become.”
It is this mindset that sets BrewAthought apart. Their work begins with insight, and continues into lasting, measurable change.
With extensive experience in HR leadership and Executive Coaching, Manisha has worked across sectors, shipping, education, consulting, travel, and even led a CBSE-affiliated school.
She holds a Master’s degree in HR from Symbiosis Pune and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Maharaja Sayajirao University. She has been an ICF-affiliated coach since 2009 and has guided over 500 leaders through transitions, challenges, and growth.
Raised in a military family and having lived in more than 20 cities across 25 countries, Manisha brings cultural fluency and global perspective to her sessions. Clients value her thought-provoking questions, her ability to hold silence, and her direction in moments of complexity.
Outside of coaching, Manisha is a reader, a writer, and a lover of conversations that stretch the mind. Her personal mantra: “Great conversations lead to lasting friendships and life-changing insights.” That ethos guides every coaching journey she creates.
With a gentle undertone of creativity, Dipti carries over 20 years of experience in business and talent strategy. Her coaching style is intuitive, detailed, and deeply practical. In 2021, she became a certified Results Coach through the NeuroLeadership Institute in Australia after completing more than 500 coaching hours.
But coaching did not start there, it had always been part of her. The questions. The listening. The gentle but firm nudges that make people look inward. That’s where her work begins.
Today, Dipti coaches people who are at a turning point, in career, in identity, in life. She helps them slow down, look within, and make decisions that feel like truth. Her style is clear-eyed and deeply intuitive. She doesn’t give you the answers. She helps you find them, and trust them.
Her background in commerce and recruitment built her practical edge. But it’s the moments, when someone reclaims their voice, or finally takes that step, that remind her why she does this work.
While Dipti comes from a family where entrepreneurship was a way of thinking. Taking risks, solving real problems, creating value from scratch. That mindset stayed with her. Only now, she channels it into something deeper: people. Coaching, for Dipti, is still entrepreneurship, just on a human scale. It’s about helping others build from the inside out, turn clarity into action, and back themselves like a founder would.
Because when someone believes in you before you do, everything begins to shift. And that’s what keeps Dipti going.
BrewAthought’s offerings span 4 distinct pillars: Coaching, talent acquisition, engagement interventions, and creative support.
Their Coaching vertical includes Life Coaching, Performance Coaching, Women-focused Programs, Youth Development, Leadership Coaching, Career Transition Journeys and more. Each engagement is crafted carefully, never templated.
Their HR services help organizations with talent acquisition, onboarding, resume refinement, cultural transformation, and strategic social media presence. They have worked with clients including Callidus Consulting, Gourmet Gelato Company, Infinity Jewels, Panarc Consulting, Greencell Mobility and Riverbridge Ventures etc.
Every solution is embedded into the client’s larger growth story. The approach is aligned, relevant, and deeply considered. In a marketplace crowded with quick-fix workshops, BrewAthought brings in the rare offering of long-term alignment.
Behind every client’s success lies a journey of trust, focus, and growth. Though identities remain private, BrewAthought shares stories of transformation, leaders stepping into new roles, professionals choosing purpose over pressure, and teams rediscovering shared rhythm.
Clients describe these sessions as life-shifting. What a workshop skims over, Coaching reveals. What conversations gloss over, coaching invites in. With Manisha’s EQ-led inquiry and Dipti’s structured progression, clients walk away with more than tools; they leave with conviction.
Their Coaching does not stop at conversation. It is a practice. A habit. A culture.
Social content reflects this mindset, celebrating weekly wins, sharing questions for reflection, and guiding people to coach themselves with consistency. This cultural embedding is what clients carry back into their organisations.
Growth has never been the only metric for BrewAthought. Since 2019, they have built their team mindfully across Mumbai, Pune, and Delhi. They choose to grow only when alignment is clear and delivery remains intimate.
Every engagement is vetted for purpose. They resist transactional scale and favour depth, quality, and intention. Their team of collaborators is curated, their offerings regularly evolve through learning and development, and both founders continue investing in new tools, techniques, and Coaching frameworks.
Balance matters to them. So does creativity. Dipti’s artistic projects and Manisha’s global perspective feed into their work. They keep their work alive by keeping themselves nourished.
The future for BrewAthought holds deeper leadership work, stronger women-focused coaching journeys, and larger cultural shifts inside organizations. They hope to offer more structured programs, digital tools, and written content, without losing the human soul that defines their work.
Manisha and Dipti also envision mentoring new coaches, passing on their philosophy to those who believe in coaching as a long-term story, not a short-term fix.
At the core, their message remains the same: Growth begins with self-awareness. Change takes clarity. Coaching must be a habit, not an event.
Their presence, their work, and their vision all echo one simple truth: real change does not happen overnight. It brews.
