Dr. Ajay Bakshi brings together a rare blend of technical, business, and behavioral expertise. With degrees in Engineering, an MBA, a Ph.D. in Human Resources and Change Management, and a PCC credential from ICF USA, he had everything lined up for a steady rise in the corporate world. But he chose a different path.
