Krupali, affectionately known as Kuki, holds a degree in Philosophy from Sophia College, Mumbai, along with a Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education. She previously ran a successful venture in Mumbai called Koala Club before moving to Pune and co-founding The Green Turtle. Her approach is grounded in deep empathy and a nuanced understanding of how children think, feel, and learn. 

Pooja, a former banker, was driven by the desire to create a nurturing, home-like environment for young children. With a Diploma in Montessori from the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) in the Netherlands, Pooja brings a strong foundation in child-centered education. Together, the founders have created more than just a preschool—they’ve built a space where curiosity is welcomed, creativity is encouraged, and every child is treated with care and respect.
